Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy Statement

1. Policy Statement

The Company is committed to establishing and implementing policies in accordance with internationally recognized principles of Corporate Social Responsibility and business ethics, including but not limited to SEDEX/SMETA, the conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. We strictly comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to labor, environment, occupational health and safety, and business ethics in the countries where we operate. The Company is dedicated to respecting and protecting fundamental human rights and providing a safe, healthy, fair, and respectful working environment for all employees.

 


 

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • 2-1 All permanent employees, temporary employees, contract workers, and dispatched personnel of the Company.
  • 2-2 All individuals acting on behalf of the Company in the execution of business activities.
  • 2-3 The Company’s suppliers, contractors, and business partners, who are encouraged to comply with equivalent standards. 

 


 

3. Labour & Human Rights

  • 3-1 Prohibition of Forced Labour

    The Company strictly prohibits any form of forced labour, bonded labour, human trafficking, or involuntary labour. Employees shall not be required to pay deposits, surrender original personal identification documents, or be subject to any restriction of personal freedom.

    3-2 Prohibition of Child Labour

    The Company does not employ workers under the age of 16. The Company ensures that young workers are assigned appropriate work and that minors are not required to work overtime or night shifts in accordance with applicable laws.

  • 3-3 Non-Discrimination and Equal Opportunity

    The Company provides equal opportunity in recruitment, employment, promotion, training, and compensation, and does not discriminate on the basis of gender, age, race, religion, nationality, marital status, or any other non-job-related factors.

  • 3-4 Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining

    The Company respects employees’ legal rights to form, join, or participate in labor unions or worker representative bodies and labor-management meetings, and provides appropriate and open communication channels.

 


 

4. Working Conditions & Wages

  • 4-1 Working Hours and Rest

    Normal working hours, overtime, rest days, and public holidays are implemented in accordance with local labor laws. Overtime work is voluntary and compensated in compliance with legal requirements.

  • 4-2 Wages and Benefits

    The Company ensures that employee wages meet or exceed the statutory minimum wage and provides social insurance and statutory benefits in accordance with applicable laws.

 


 

5. Health & Safety

The Company is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment and continuously improving occupational health and safety management, including but not limited to:
  • 5-1 Conducting hazard identification and risk assessments.
  • 5-2 Providing necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • 5-3 Conducting regular safety training and emergency drills.
  • 5-4 Establishing incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action mechanisms.

 


 

6. Environmental Responsibility

The Company complies with applicable environmental laws and regulations and is committed to minimizing the environmental impact of its operations through continuous improvement, including:
  • 6-1 Improving energy and resource efficiency.
  • 6-2 Waste classification, reduction, and proper disposal.
  • 6-3 Pollution prevention and lawful emissions and discharges.

 


 

7. Business Ethics

The Company strictly prohibits any form of bribery, corruption, improper benefits, or unfair trade practices. Employees are required to conduct business with integrity, honesty, and professionalism.

 


 

8. Grievance Mechanism

The Company has established grievance and reporting channels that allow employees to raise concerns or complaints regarding labor conditions, human rights, occupational health and safety, or unethical conduct. The Company commits to non-retaliation against any complainant, protects confidentiality in accordance with the law, and ensures that appropriate investigations and corrective actions are completed within thirty (30) days of receiving a complaint.

 


 

9. Training & Communication

The Company communicates this policy to employees and relevant stakeholders through announcements, training programs, and internal documentation to ensure effective implementation.

 


 

10. Commitment & Continuous Improvement

The Company is committed to regularly reviewing and continuously improving its corporate social responsibility management system to meet international standards and customer requirements.
